Perdana 的业绩到底是进步还是退步？

单季营业额：RM 62.8 mil，按年增长32.1%；按季增长144.5%
单季净盈利：亏RM 5.4 mil，按年下跌153.9%；按季增长83.5%

Perdana最新季度（Q2）的业绩是记载公司4月1日至6月30日的表现。

公司原本的本业运营的赚益是RM 12.2 mil的，但因为债务的利息过高（RM 13.2 mil），偿还之后公司的“税前盈利”变成亏损RM 4.8 mil。

所以债务是Perdana目前最大的问题。此外，公司的盈利看似按年退步主要是因为公司FY18Q2比起本季度有非常高一次性的赚益。

按年对比：
公司的营业额按年增长32.1%主要是因为油船使用率进步了，从FY18Q2的70%进步到本季度的79%。

虽然营业额增长，但公司是税前亏损RM 4.8 mil的，按年下跌56.7%。这数字已经把reversal of impairment loss RM 2.8 mil、legal expenses RM 2.6 mil以及外汇亏损RM 1.4 mil纳入计算了。

然而，公司FY18Q2的税前盈利是RM 11 mil。而这数字包括了RM 25.8 mil的外汇赚益。

假设扣除这些一次性的赚亏，公司本季度的税前亏损是RM 3.6 mil；而FY18Q2是税前亏损RM 14.8 mil的。换句话说，公司本季度扣除一次性赚益的“税前盈利”是按年进步75.7%的！

按季对比：
公司的营业额按季增长144.5%主要是因为油船使用率和上个季度对比大幅度进步了，从FY19Q1的36%进步到本季度的79%。

油船使用率按季对比大幅度的增长是因为本季度的工作订单和获得的合约得到进步了。

公司的税前亏损RM 4.8 mil按季对比，进步了85.4%。我们知道这RM 4.8 mil已经把reversal of impairment loss RM 2.8 mil、legal expenses RM 2.6 mil以及外汇亏损RM 1.4 mil纳入计算，假设扣除这些一次性赚亏，公司的税前亏损只有RM 3.6 mil。
然而，上个季度的税前亏损RM 32.7 mil包括了RM 1.1 mil的外汇赚益，如果扣除的话，公司的税前亏损是RM 33.8 mil。

换句话说，公司本季度扣除一次性赚益的“税前盈利”是按季进步89.3%的！

展望未来：
续年头的季节性放缓后，公司的油船出租业务在本季度的表现已经大幅改善，这也是为什么公司本季度的营业额可以大幅进步145%，是自从2015以来表现最好的一次。这让管理层更确定油船支援服务的市场在持续复苏中。

管理层认为2019年下半年的生意会更好，因为大部分油船已被Dayang指定用于海上维修和签了hook-up的contract。这些活动已经看到会提高与其它上游公司的签订协议。

此外，管理层希望紧缩的油船供应将贡献更强的租船率，这将推动公司的财务表现。管理层坚信2019年将是Perdana过去几年煎熬和挑战后巨大的转折点。

管理层非常有信心公司和Dayang的合作，再加上Dayang帮公司解决债务将会使Perdana迈向更美好的时代，并在2020年前成为一家更强大的公司。
