The new orders for PPE will drive back strong demands for gloves.

The glove still needed and company will continue to fulfill the demand.

But we need to know that the glove stock price movement now is not like 2020.

For now on if any price spike is just due to knee jerk reaction over new variant or rise number of positive cases. Same as Delta variant. You guys can go and check during Delta variant reaction. Looks like the history of Lower High Lower Low going to repeat again.

Demands created by new virus variants will keep ASP intact or may move up if all purchase orders are in at the same time. Hope to see some announcement soon.

Buyers and glove sellers should work out a long term contract to mitigate the volatility of ASPs.

The good thing i see is that down trend has been broken with strong buyers interests. Look at vol and % jump..
All just waiting to buy glove shares and Omicron is the trigger.

Once profit taking is done, the move up will be more gradual.
TG will report a better than expected profit soon.
Another big jump i believe..

Partly true also partly false. Why leh. How bad is the new variant is not fact ye. it just an assumption it will be bad. Only time will tell lah. As stocking of gloves also not as scary as b4 when capacity is lower than demand. When all are kiasu over stocking cause the asp flying up to the moon with spot price above normal asp price. Now not possible anymore as more capacity are ready with many makers already expanded last 2 years. Correct?

Play with your limit for short term.
The BB will know earlier than us for Omicron.
But no one knows as surprise always happen. Safe entry will be after covid see the QR, though you may miss the lowest price but safer.
Under current circumstances, this counter not for weak heart.
