Still ada cash 1 bil leh. Many companies also dont have 100mil cash leh. Why bother as future dividend and tax payout not as high as last Qtr lah. Operating profit can generate more cash flow lah. Must know why cash depleting pasal high dividend and tax payout last QR lah. Taikor still solvent lah. Takut apa lah. profit margin still ada 13% leh. How many company ada double digit profit margin one. Taikor still can generate more money moving forward lah. Correct?

there is much less risk of TG bankruptcy if totally no share buyback was done........
will have more cash buffer....

thats why TG HK IPO is actually do or die
TG needs the cash badly so must be fresh "Issue of Shares"

"Issue of Shares" is always diluting
"Issue of Shares" will dilute existing shareholders' earnings further

I am not a fan of TG but if TG with > RM1b Net Cash (excluding Treasury Shares) and 9 Digit reduced QR PAT at high risks of bankruptcy, what will be the position of other highly indebted PLCs in Malaysia ? Decipher the figures properly. Substantial Cash outflows in QR1 for income tax payments, dividends etc.

If you understand taxation fully, tax payments are paid monthly in advance via tax estimates. Makmur tax will have minimal effect on TG based on their QR 1 FY2022. In any case, I am not going to waste my golden days weekend to argue and support my case.
