those who have no confident can sell la. somemore kpower and serbadk has different management. u see bad in this stock but someone will see good and absorb ur ticket at discounted price. Fundamentally this stock still good and become cheaper and cheaper with better valuation now. if without the serbadk announcement, u think ucan get this gem at this price?

If open today probably gonna limit down. Lets see. The only argument against that would be there was never massive insider selling for past one month. They would know better how this would turn out.
