Whatever it is ,for the past 2 days, kpower share price dips severely due to uncertainty and no response from serbadk..
Now, fmco pula..but actually those who wanna sell, already sold.. fmco definitely will triggered some panic sell, but won't be as severe as the first one as market already anticipated it.. whatever it is, happy weekend and let's see what happen on Monday..

KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd said it has responded to all accounting queries on transactions totaling about RM4bil raised by KPMG, but the external auditors have yet to revert back to the company.
Serba Dinamik also told the stock exchange today that the company has given its full cooperation to address the audit concerns and assured investors that all its businesses are run by the book.


Hence, the company is appointing an independent firm to review the accuracy and veracity of the matters highlighted by KPMG.
"The Company takes the view that there is no issue with regards to the legitimacy and existence of the contracts as well as the value that will render any material impact to the financial and operational aspects of the Group for the financial year ending June 30," Serba Dinamik said in a late filing with Bursa Malaysia on Friday.
Shares in Serba Dinamik were suspended since Thursday after the company said on Wednesday that its external auditors have flagged concerns over some matters relating to statutory audit.
The audit uncertainties have triggered a wave of downgrade on the stock by analysts, while other companies related to Datuk Seri Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah - KPower Bhd and Sarawak Consolidated Industries Bhd tumbled under pressure.
Serba Dinamik, in a reply to the stock exchange query on Friday, provided some details regarding the audit concerns raised by KPMG, as well as steps taken by the company to address the all issues.
Serba Dinamik said it has reverted back on all queries raised mainly by KPMG on May 3 within three days, including providing the necessary information such as contact details of the relevant parties as requested by the external auditors to satisfy their extended procedures requirements.
The company said that it has also attempted to engage with the external auditors to resolve matters on hand.
Meanwhile, earlier today, Serba Dinamik said that one of its director and major shareholder is calling for an EGM to replace KPMG as its external auditor for the financial year ending June 30, 2021.

KPower has secured four new renewable jobs with a combined value of RM510mil as follows:

1) Design and engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) of an 18.7MW mini hydro power plant in Sg Jelai Kecil, Pahang (RM199.2mil);
2) Design and EPCC of a 13.9MW mini hydro power plant in Sg Telom, Pahang (RM148.0mil);
3) Design and EPCC of a 12.0MW mini hydro power plant in Sg Lemoi, Pahang (RM127.8mil); and
4) Design and EPCC of a 5.25MW mini hydro power plant in Sg Kampar, Perak (RM35.0mil).

All the projects have a construction period of 24 months
