all 3 companies make good profit every qr, high eps, gives part of earnings as dividends. By right the companies should have more and more cash, But why the reality is that all these companies always have to pp to raise funds... Anyone knows the reason?.

Yes, why? May be to use it to pay consistent dividends and making investors conf so can go back to raise more funds on a regular basis. As long as can raise fund paying dividends is not any issue.

Normal shareholder will never know the facts ,that s y need external auditor to check n sign ! Simply replace the external auditor means there was really got problem with their account ! This case will drag down the price for few weeks or even to few months , worst case is delisting for many years n the shareholders will cry silently for many years also !
