Serba: serba有自己的VDP,目前是under马来西亚企业发展部的,目的就是让土著企业家成功。CFO先书面回答了跟文稿发出的一样,然后交给karim来述说之前VDP的经验。 Karim:serba营业28年了,有今天他说他们也是因为自己是anchor company of petronas,而当serba join这个programme的时候,他们的PUC也只是100k,而他们也想让其他SME参与proj,毕竟自己也是类似的prog出生,而且这是政府所提出 共享繁荣 Shared prosperity。
Azlan:至于registrered add,他们用的是同样的一个秘书处,Serba不止给他们proj,还充当adviser来advise 公司的有关税务等,这是VDP其中一个objective来帮他们成为更大企业。Auditor也有audit现场,但是去错地方,office building是421W,(但W是in Arabic word)不是421,421后面其实有A到Z。那6个supplier的交易额高达481m,这只是less than 10% of COGS。而且总共有4家supplier愿意和KPMG 谈,但kpmg方面没有做出任何回应。
3) 公司在Bahrain的顾客和供应商 CFO:kpmg去bahrain看的时候,statement of account不是显示他们的营业地址,而当他们去commercial registration add看的时候,竟是supermarket。Serba说这是因为他们的供应商已经搬了,而且这个serba已经从新的账单中确认他们已经搬了。还有一个顾客,KPMG说他们公司的电话竟然是registered under Group Regional General Manager,而他们时使用truecaller apps来identify 谁是caller。Serba说这不是正确的方法而且已经通过customer的同意把telco账单给kpmg看了。数目跟早前说的101m usd,应收账单则有点出入,不知道是24m usd还是CFO口误说成34m usd。
4) IT 业务 CFO:business address,不是在签名的地方,但contract的第一页已经有了。而且在UAE,Qatar是不需要放business registration number在他的invoice的,但其实有一家其实有show他们的注册号码(在invoice 下面)。LLC ,L.L.C不是大问题,就很像在马来西亚你可以放 sendirian berhad, sdn bhd, sdn. Bhd.。这些事情对serba来说都不是大事,不影响他们deal with supplier。关于直接还钱给subcon,剩余的才交给serba,CFO交给karim回答。

actually this company what to do with serbadk? the only link is sharing same major shareholder. Mustakim already said kpower and serbadk are both different entities and from different management and their contracts not given by serbadk too. Company no problem. The only problem are our mindset and fears and emotions
What I derived from Kpower report on 4main business; energy/utility (solar project) , construction, logistic (existing customer are gloves company) , health care (ppe in Indonesia) & technology. Seems to possess very good balance of future growth. Growing QoQ & YoY. Not a buy/sell call. I bought in because I believed it will rebound due to fundamental and potential future earning. Cheers
