company is good but affected by many bad news, (serba bad news and emco in whole Msia starting 1 june) Although price is cheap now, too many uncertainties.

In a related development, Devanesan also made a valid observation that it is good corporate governance to rotate external auditors every few years as no independent party should remain for long periods of time as their independence would be impacted.

Profits have been possibly or probably inflated and chucked into its huge receivable. It has net cash but still needs cash via private placement. That is the second big red flag. This company operates without much fixed assets. Possibly it’s serving mainly as a billing platform only, a third red flag. This kind of company should be valued at book value, at most. We are looking at RM0.15 fair value, ie 50% discount, to be judging the veracity of its book reasonably. A strong sell.

Kpower already announced that there is no relation between KPOWER and SERBADK. It just sentiment. There are people saying risk of delisting and PN17 waits KPOWER what the hell? Not even possible..
