At this price level already reflect all the good news. I believe the price will retreat to a better healthy level. It is too hot. I like the share price do some healthy correction before start it next wave. I'm abit worry the price going too far.

As CEO said normal EPCC project's gross margin around 15-18%,but most of their EPCC includes design, so they get 20% gross margin of KPOWER. But, in current QR, it shows that kpower gross margin about 37%, anyone got research on this and can share ur opinions? Will it back to gross margin 18-20%?

postpone of the share split to dec is good for shareholders,if they split now share will drop to around $1.70,the price is too low for another pp.If they pp now before split they can fix the pp price around $3++,am i right?

Investorbat, the split is proposed in June and estimate to confirm in Dec, but due to too many good news and contract secured its going to modify to give stakeholder a better reward


The significant price movement of KPower Share, which had increased from RM1.62 on 30 April 2020 (being the latest practicable date prior to the announcement of the Share Split) to a 1-year high of RM3.64 on 1 September 2020.

The Company will announce any such modification to the Share Split together with other potential corporate exercises to enhance stakeholders’ value upon further deliberation by the Board. Shareholders’ approval will also be sought should there be any modification to the Share Split.

Mean better than previous share split proposal or plan to be implemented

it is normal for a growth company,either u pp or take bank loan to fund your projects,next 2 or 3 quarter earning coming in should be enough to fund future projects then no need pp anymore
