The more I read, the more gg the share price going to be. If I am from management, I will issue the private placement at 70c now to stop the bleeding. Too much time has been wasted already. Having said that I will only buy at 80c. For now everyone just chill first wait for management

为什么gamestop公司那么烂股价可以一直上不会下，因为散户一直买没有卖于是股价就上了，为什么kpower公司没问题股价一直下，因为散户们一直止损交易量大了股价自然就下来了。

I would thought this is one of the Fintec-related stocks.

At least throw money into thrash like Macpie Komark PNEPCB at current juncture have better margin of safety and preservation of wealth.

Main reason is because before Karim join Kpower and SCIB, these two company are very lousy company, share price very low, not profitable.

After Karim join, Serbak awarded a lot of project to these two companies, that why they start to turnaround, profit increase, share price increase.

So if Serbak now is involved in accounting fraud, so very high chances these two company may also involved the same accounting fraud. Plus, majority of the project is come from Serbak, if Serbak project is fake, then all the project it awarded to SCIB and Kpower will be fake also.

Somemore, cash flow is the blood for any organisation. In current situation, it will be very difficult for them to raise fund again, without fund, they company cash flow will be impact severely.

That why, Kpower and Scib is badly affected.
