To CapitalgainInvestor : no one did QR report audit. Audit is only for AFS (Annual Financial Statement).. die lorgh every QR need to audit. Audit not a simple works..

Can someone explain why people look for kpower audit issues, even there is nothing? Dont replicate serbdk issues (still under investigation) to KPOWER. If you dont want to buy share, dont say nasty things..

Serba issue was well know last 2 years, insitutional investors was talking about it. Serba won a few B dollar contract in uae and the client in UAE , the main owner is also datuk Karim. Now suppliers also datu karim ownership. Super red flag. All audit firms being kena saman dy, hence no more hiding hiding for client. Heard tht kpower will also kena soon with audit issue. Wont be surprise if SD delisted, and kpower follow soon

Last year a lawyer friend of mine saw the list in the high court that KPower's subsidiary has lost a lawsuit of 3-4 mil. Till now KPower has not announced this in Bursa. When Bursa finds out more shit will hit the fan.
