If the company doesn't go bankrupt they are a glimpse of opportunity. But, now is not the time to speculate on a falling knife. Directors shouldn't be allow to freely disposed their shares, they should be under investigation and asset frozen. Should be a lesson for others.
Think investors might stay away up until audited 2021 is out. June year end and that's when the shit hit the fan for serba. Kpower might take que and clean up their accounts for q4 in the nx 1 - 2 mths to prepare for the annual audit after..
Q3 showed borrowing 38m, 7m intengible assets and a spike in trade receivables to 183m including high payable too. Contracts have to be validated and we might take que from q4 QR in aug/Sept this year
So guess there would still be volitility in the interim and the bottom is not yet defined.
NTA of 0.3, could kpower withstand a write off if 10% of trade debtors are questioned by a trigger happy auditor... Just like KPMG did for serba??
I don't see any issue with the trade receivables. This is construction business, its natural that the trade receivables is growing in tandem with the revenue & orderbook growth. Don't forget this is MCO period where collections maybe slower than usual.
If you look at the orderbook. Majority customers are either government authorities or GLC. Hence, i'm not worried on the receivables.
Hi, I just want to ask out of curiosity. The company has never ever given out dividends before in the past 10 years until 2020. What is the logical reason the company even has buyer above RM2 previously? What is the benefit of holding KPower if there's no returns apart from speculation and bait with bonus ya? Just wanna know the thought process of the shareholders who go and buy this counter.
