kpower 是 under Mustakim 啦。他的团队都是从OHP那边带过来的，全部RE project 都是从他的团队手上那边拿到的，所以Mustakim才是kpower的灵魂人物。Karim只是作为投资者来投资kpower罢了。Hypo/Solar power karim 不在行啦。

There was stock split of 1 becomes 4, then bonus of 1 for 3, thats why NTA and Eps lower than previous quarter.

Caution, there were major shareholders selling recently, read at KLSE screener.

In year 2019 Petronas Capex Rm30 Billion for Upstream OGSE started bull run for dayang, carimin, penergy, Uzma & others up from 100% to 500%

Last year was Medical Glove bull run

This year we see Tech, Steel/aluminium and to a smaller extend Palm oil

Since Cpo prices now very high -- Palm Oil bull run will continue into Year 2022

Now Peronas Next Capex will be in Clean energy, Solar power, hydro power & others for year 2022

So coming bull run will rotate to Solar Power, Hydro power & other clean green energy instead of fossil fuel

That means the Kpower will play a part. I suggest keeping till Petronas Roll Out of its Billions capex for Clean Energy then Kpower should also go up in a strong bull run

This will be a marathon race. Must have stamina. But since now so cheap can slowly collect

Dip is when the stock is in uptrend, this stock never uptrend after split

downtrend is not simply defined as price which used to be high, now it's low then we simply call it downtrend.. there's a certain level, certain indicators need to be considered..and of coz need to consider for each tf..if it is below that certain level or certain indicators are showing it is downtrend, then it can be considered as downtrend..like serbadk, by TA, it looks downtrend..just sharing..feel free to disagree

thanks, i'm unfazed by short term volatility, it's just opportunity to accumulate more.
to reiterate:

1) this company has a separate management and auditor from serba dinamik, and yet is being affected by serba's sentiment. irrational arbitrage

2) latest quarter revenue of RM138m, more than 4x higher than last year's same quarter RM32m. the growth potential of the renewables industry is fantastic and is the future.

3) the company has RM107m in cash, and recently sold a non-core student lodging for another RM7m, giving it a total cash of RM114m. the capital requirement for the 50MW solar project recently won is about RM40m or so, and can be financed with ample balance sheet cash.

4) the company has very low level of leverage, and is net cash at around RM70m.

5) latest quarterly PAT of RM14m, annualized RM56m vs current market cap of RM315m, translates to a P/E of around 5.5x. I do not know what other renewable companies with such fast earnings growth and strong balance sheet can be purchased at 5.5x.

and these are all the reasons why I'm still buying even if the share price is going down. it's not based on emotions or gut feeling, it's based on logic, reason and fundamentals.

公司基本面没变，变的只是他的价钱。别被股价影响你。股价跌不等于公司不好。反正这家公司现在已经跌倒不合逻辑，现在不买还等几时？ 大多数散户都是酱，价钱跌的时候就心惊惊不敢买，当价钱被推倒高高才后知后觉才来追高，不亏才奇怪。我喜欢冷眼先生说的，“如果股价不是因为基本面变质而下跌就是一个很好的机会让你买入”。

等Serbadk的故事完结，Kpower就会起飞。基本面好的公司不会一直徘徊在低位，时间到了就会回到它应有的价值。要逆向思维，当全部人弃权的时候就是你买入的好时机！别跟大队，要敢敢和大多数人逆行。

Please check the revenue and profit before Karim was substantial shareholder. Just imagine what will happen if you minus Karim from Kpower. The management alone cannot do anything if there are no connections
