The Directors and Principal Office of Kpower has given notice to Bursa that that they will be dealing with shares of Kpower today. Is Karim buying or selling since he has said he is distancing himself from Kpower? My guess is Karim is selling and the others buying. Let's see if I am correct

SD already given a little hint if we analyze their latest response to the S&P downgrade...Dat Karim said the downgrade is temporary and they'll be able to have access to financing again once the SIR is completed. ... means they are confident everything will be settled eventually and soon.

kpower is the safest bet on ongoing SB-KPMG saga. Outcome of SIR is unknown at this juncture.

The possible reasons why Kpower price tumbled last 2 months is because major shareholder kena margin calls in the Kpower due to their extensive exposure to SD & SCIB.

When their margin shrunk, banks could have force sold their Kpower shares or they themselves opted to sell kpower in a big way to rectify their margin position.

Kpower is a different entity and operate independently from SD. Growth stocks will experience high receivables. Compared to 2020, its revenue goes up 8 times while its receivables only up 5 times. It looks good to me.

The agreements are in relation to the LSS bidding cycle four organised by Suruhanjaya Tenaga in the second half of 2020 to develop, among others, the transmission-connected LSS projects which have a total capacity of 450 megawatts of alternating current (MWAC).

The SPCs are Asiabina Solar Sdn Bhd, Classic Solar Farm Sdn Bhd, GBS Suria Sdn Bhd, JAKS Solar Nibong Tebal Sdn Bhd, PKNP KPower Suria Sdn Bhd, Ragawang Power Sdn Bhd, Ranhill Solar I Sdn Bhd, TNB Bukit Selambau Solar Dua Sdn Bhd, and Uzma Kuala Muda Sdn Bhd.

The nine projects — located in Perak, Perlis, Penang, Pahang and Kedah — have scheduled commercial operation dates of March 30, Sept 29, Sept 30, Nov 30, Dec 30, and Dec 31, 2023.
