Eps for 4th QR 20 sen. This could be the main factor. 3rd QR revenue 57 million with EPS 10 sen but 4th QR revenue should cross 100 million.

First target next week hit RM8 first, healthy correction is needed & good. My Target before split & free warrant around RM 10 ++.

I think Kpower got the LSS4 bid for 50mw,and another 50mw jv which going to be announced by next week .Maybe someone knew ahead so price up 20% in 2 days.For a total of 100mw ,Kpower will generates recurring net income around $18mil annually for 21 years.

Number of shares exshare split is about 452 million. Free warrants about 151 million and if all converted, total ord shares 603 million. To achieve mkt cap 5 billion, mkt price 8.30. To make it easier to hit 5 billion in next 4.5 years, may have pte placement and bonus issue 3 for 1. When total shares about 2.5 billion, mkt price 2.00 will be sufficient.

Anyone attend tomorrow EGM meeting should asked why warrant exercise price fixed at RM2.50 which is out of money at the current mother price
,provided the management can foresee that coming years profit can go about 20 millions per quarter therefore justify to RM2.50 conversion price tq

How warrant exercise price derived.... VWAP of mother shares + xx% of premium (scib around 30%, kpower inital with 50%)eg 7.23 /4 = 1.81 , 50% premium 90.5c, it should be around 2.715.
As oppose to Kpower, SCIB warrant exercise pricd yet to fix, i think one of the reason SCIB price laggard behind kpower because if it fly to high, it warrant exercise price need to be fix at a more high figure..

partially attended the EGM:
Resolution 1 and 2 both passed.
Regarding the 100W solar farm collaboration with GMGT (Taiwan), management team said havent sign any MOU (however it sounds like management team is in the progress as the Mustakim known this GMGT company very well. He even mentioned that GMGT has a subsidiary company in Malaysia which is working closely with the gov (i forgot the name of the xxx sendirian berhad) and Kpower management team is working closely with the same gov agency (i think he is hinting something, he said will make proper bursa annoucement if there is any contract won)
And also someone asking about apart from building water dam, is Kpower looking into other form of renewable energy, KArim answered that definitely yes and they are looking into solar power as well as some hybrid renewable energy.....
overall management team is positive
