If got any substantial announcement immediately after the SPLIT, when each OS went to RM3, then one may be regretful if have sold the Warrants a bit early,

Especially, the inner circle fellows, they likely hold the Warrants until the last day, with the fixed CP of RM2.50 , what will happen if the mother shares fetch RM4.00 each even before 3 year...How much each warrant then? THEY all like Warrants, free, and also the company can receive the funds as additional capital in the coming days.

So, the future performance of the Company is important.

Even with OS at RM2 on ex date , a 40% premium will give warrant a price of 30c, if 50% premium warrant 50c..

I perused through their AR @30JUNE2020.

1QR @30092020, total assets improved from RM167M to RM204M with RM93M balances in the banks. Almost half assets are in the banks.

Got lorries transporting chemical for gloves makers..
Numerous construction/building jobs even in overseas, Laos, Nepal, Indonesia..
At Bentong got manufacturing,
Owning assets in UK...

Got talents in finance/banking but the finance units are Dormant companies.

Not bad one this company...growing, eyeing on renewable energy sector, got vision. SO, the future Share value can be likely higher than RM2.50 (Conv Price for the Warrants), very good lah..

The better example will be , if you have 1500 shares, that are entitled to the subdivision of 1 share into 4 shares.

SO, 1500 will become 6000

6000 Shares will get 2000 Warrants.

The Company has decided that the conversion price of the Warrant is RM2.50

Your Each Warrant + RM2.50 made payable to the Company by you, the Company will issue one share to you, lasted until the Expiry date.

IF the Ordinary Share (OS) before the Ex date is RM10 , hopefully the price for each share after the subdivision will be RM2.50 traded in the Bursa. However, it may become RM2.80 or RM2.20 depending on the market performance then.

IF RM2.20 , nobody will convert the warrants to OS because it is cheaper to buy the OS directly instead of the conversion.

IF RM2.80 , the value of the Warrant will be RM0.30 each at least in the BURSA. With your warrants, You may sell the Warrants (given free) and keep the RM0.30 as the windfall. Next, you may pay RM2.50 to accumulate each share (convert) instead of buying at RM2.80 via the BURSA.

IF you keep the Warrants longer, they may fetch better value when the OS value is going higher and higher. The exact opposite can happen.

Kpower did not bid for this feed in tariff mini hydro power projects,as to date all hydro power projects Kpower secured r EPCC only. If they successful secured LSS4,then they can sell power for a duration of 21 years,the results still pending.Actually this e bidding feed in tarrif results announced on 14/12/2020.

Abba84, yes so recommended buy kpower with unit divided by3 to avoid odd units.. 3200 unit imstead of 3000unit.. 5400 instead of 5000unit.
