How the Conv Price of RM2.50 arrived at?

Expectedly, the OS fetches RM10 each in the coming days , will be split into 4 ( later, 4 X RM2.50). With each Warrant to get one Ordinary Share, the CP is RM2.50 as estimated lah.

After the Ex date, if the OS can fetch RM2.80 each/if can be sustained, the warrants can fetch RM0.55 each?
