since Oka is not a speculative counter, it is okay to hold onto it. Those speculative counters highly promoted by the promoters every day, will be like a bottomless pit.

wahd, selling price depend on market. If everyone same product maker increase price then able to divert customer else OKA absorb the cost to attract the customer but lower profit margin (deduct 2 or 3 %).

We are currently in low interest rate environment which benefits property developers and contractors. They pay less loan interest to the banks, so they have more spare cash either to pay raw material suppliers such as OKA on time or buy more raw materials from those suppliers for future property development. Just my two cents. Entered my position at 0.67.

the company has set aside a certain amount of money for dividend payment. So no need to worry. Must understand the fact that number of shares have increased bcos of the bonus issue. So don't compare about the sen, but the amount of money you received.
