OKA is expected to benefit from the improvement of the construction industry's prospects. i.e. more and more upcoming big Construction project, e.g. Bandar Malaysia, ECRL, Pan Borneo Highway etc. The company also holds a net cash of 19.2 cents per share and a dividend yield of 5.6%, which is attractive enough to accumulate !!!

OKA have a plant in Johor cater for IWC projects. Bandar Malaysia another big projects. OKA bosses don't.play golf with Najib but play Mahjong with Ekovest boss.

Hopefully the trading volume will sustain until the price go beyond my average price. The NTA per share of OKA is RM 0.74. With EPS of RM 0.0508 and DPS RM 0.037, basing on P/E ratio of 15 (which is considered quite low if OKA can tap into the big projects in the pipeline), I think the intrinsic value of OKA is at least RM 0.95. So, whether or not the trading volume sustains tomorrow, I'm gonna keep buying it. XD.

Future Outlook and Prospects

Whilst the outlook for the coming next few years for the Group remains challenging amidst the intensifed competition, unresolved global trade conflicts, potential slowdown in the Chinese economy, volatile commodity prices, downside risk of the Malaysian economic growth, these weaker expected climate in terms of business confidence and consumer sentiments will inherently put a damper on the outlook of the Group for the FYE 2020.

However, following the new government’s anticipated projects to build 100,000 affordable homes by the end of 2019 and one million budget houses in ten (10) years’ time, OKA’s management team will endeavour to secure a fair share of these projects. (This is the main part)

We see upside potential for the shares of this building-materials company, supported by several catalysts.

Firstly, the group is envisaged to benefit from the improving outlook of the construction prospects, following the revival of several mega infrastructure and property projects such as the Light Rail Transit 3, Klang Valley Double Track Phase 2, East Coast Rail Link, Bandar Malaysia, and KL-Singapore high-speed rail.

As a leading precast concrete manufacturer, with a proven track record of supplying building materials to mega projects in the country, we believe Oka group could clinch sizeable orders in the near future.

Secondly, we believe worst is over for the group. After a dismal showing for the financial year (FY) ended March 30,2019, where Oka’s net profit fell 55% to RM11mil from RM24.6mil in the preceding year, Oka could see its bottom line improve for FY2020.

This is evidenced by its earnings recovery, with a net profit of RM7.8mil for the first half of FY2020.

We expect Oka to post earnings of RM15mil for FY2020, which represents an annual growth of 36.4%. Its net earnings could further strengthen to RM21mil for FY2021.

In addition, its decent dividend yield of around 5% for FY2020 (assuming a dividend per share of 3.7 sen as per last financial year and based on current share price) should lend support for the stock.
