Yes, Ageson faced law suit before but very long time ago. Guess the case is closed already. The latest should be Batu ferringgi project if not mistaken. Hope to hear more from here.

吉打州政府估计，该州共蕴藏总值620亿令吉的稀土金属，并于上周发出执照给一家来自吉隆坡的本地公司到其中一个地方，即锡县（Sik）开采该新资源。

尽管如此，吉打州务大臣莫哈末沙努西没透露，有关地点的稀土金属（rare earth elements）价值，及上述公司何时开始施工。

“这家本地公司将跟一间国际公司合作开采（稀土金属），他们会在锡县开采。”


他今天在主持吉打行政会议后召开记者会说，该家公司不会使用采矿式的手法来挖掘稀土金属。
