It will be better for the company, you might already notice the share price is steadily recovering from low point of 7.5 cents :)

 "The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announce that AHSB, an indirect 75%-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 21 October 2021, entered into a sale and development agreement (“Agreement”) with ZGDEG for the purchase of a piece of land measuring approximately 168 acres (“Industrial Land”) which is part of a land measuring approximately 475 acres located at Wilayah Sungai Kelian Baru, Mukim Batang Padang, Daerah Batang Padang, Perak (“Development Land”) by ZGDEG from AHSB and/or Menteri Besar Incorporated (Perak) (“MBI Perak”) at a purchase consideration of approximately RM278.78 million (“Purchase Consideration”)."
No wonder ICULS issuance not required. TradeAtYourOwnRisk.

Read the full announcement. Perak Government to bring in partners from China, and exclusive construction rights given to Ageson subsidiary.
ZGDEG was incorporated in the People's Republic of China on 13 July 2021.
As a conglomerate company based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang in China, ZGDEG
is principally involved in providing digital industrialisation and industrial
empowerment for the governmental and enterprise organisations and
promoting the optimisation and upgrading of the industrial economic system.
Hangzhow is Jack Ma, Alibaba home place..the digital system must be advance type.

BLee: Yes, we usually knows S&P, this is S&D. D for development of infra, that is including utilities (underground pipes, cabling manholes such as JC9C, IWK sewerage, etc) ready for connection to the development. It will be new experience for smart building infra for Ageson, for future construction projects...

@goodiewilly I would suggest you to not bring flipper / trader mentality into investment. AGES is a deep value counter that requires time for the market to realize its value before "rocket" in share price.

What we have to do is wait, and price will ultimately reflect on its own!

Such price movement is for actively "goreng" stocks, where AGES is a value play. Know to differentiate the both and you can position your trades better.

Third Good News...
The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announce that Solidvest, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 22 October 2021, entered into a collaboration agreement (“Agreement”) with ShuangLing to undertake a proposed residential development project comprising 56 units of semi-detached houses, 4 units of bungalows on a piece of land held at Lot 9348, Mukim Batu, Daerah Gombak, Selangor Darul Ehsan ("Development Land”) ("Proposed Development”) that involves plan, develop, build and sell the Proposed Development (“Collaboration”).

Salient points (show favouring to Ageson only)
▪The estimated GDC for the Proposed Development shall be financed by the funds or finance by ShuangLing and/or ShuangLing to provide funding of up to RM50.0 million.

▪ (a) Solidvest shall be entitled for fifty-one percent (51%) of the net profit in relation to the Proposed Development less any turnover tax, value added tax, sales tax, withholding tax or other tax payable (“Net Profit”)

▪ Through this Collaboration, the Company is able to finance and kick-start the Proposed Development by the funds or finance by ShuangLing and/or ShuangLing to provide funding of up to RM50.0 million. This would also enable the Company to undertake the Proposed Development without proceed with the funding methods such as funds by bank borrowing which may increase the Company and its subsidiary companies’ (“Group”) gearing or by way of issuance of new securities which may potentially cause the dilution of shareholdings which is not favourable to the shareholders of the Company.
