No idea, but look at genm now, I trusted all stock will slowly recovery as government sooner or later gonna pick up with construction project. This will definitely profit to all construction sectors

Latest announcement on ICULS:

(ii) The Board has decided to abort the Proposed Rights Issue of ICULS (“Abortion”) after having considered all relevant aspects of the Abortion, which include, but not limited to, the expected longer time required for the Company to complete the Proposed Rights Issue of ICULS and hence, the Company has decided to explore alternative avenue to raise funds expeditiously for the operational requirements of the Group.

AGES-PA (13sen conversion) price will not be affected by ICULS (proposed 10sen conversion?) issuance anymore. Hopefully price of AGES will go back to support of 13sen...Happy trading and TradeAtYourOwnRisk.

On current stage, can see the Ages price is stable and solid, which I guess their internal fund is solid enough now. No external funding require. Therefore more good thing will lead Ages soon ? Don't flame me, just my 2cent comment. After market open, Ages is otw to pick up the share price too. hahaha...
