I calculated: weighted average of the three PP below
=(60000*0.0557 + 40000*0.044 + 66433*0.045)/166433=0.04862 RM

So, based on the positive prospects and the PP of almost 5sen, do you want to sell off your shares for 4.5sen? I won't. May be 6sen i will be willing to unload some if I need to.

On 24 May 2021, the Company had announced that it has completed the issuance of 60,000,000 new ordinary share pursuant to a Private Placement at an issue price of RM0.0557 per Placement share.
On 14 Jun 2021, ...40,000,000 new ordinary share ... issue price of RM0.0440 per Placement share.
On 22 Jun 2021, ...66,433,000 new ordinary share ... issue price of RM0.0450 per Placement share.

I was thinking those who subscribed alot so their cost for 1 share and .75 warrant is just 5 Sen, now they're happy with about 10%gain and are selling. But interesting to note that they're not selling warrants at 1.5sen!

Sorry, on 30 August i made a mistake in the profit calculation. Should be ( 4.5+0.75*1.5)-5, not (4.5+1.5)-5. (.75 warrant for one right share subscribed)

AT Systematization Bhd has become a substantial shareholder of AE Multi Holdings Bhd after acquiring an 18.18% stake in the latter yesterday. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, AT Systematization said its wholly-owned subsidiary AT Precision Tooling Sdn Bhd bought the stake, comprising 77.86 million shares, in an off-market transaction for RM15.65 million.
