Gov approve gas msia to increase gas price to about 15- 20% . This will impact glove producer production cost.
With water shortage issue, oversupply, electricity hike, gas price increase ...... more bad news coming. Will have more bad result next quarter.

with all the bad news coming,,,fed taper, china not doing good and bond default start seeing , world cup in june, ..... its better follow to "sell in may and go away".
Hold cash and wait for the right time.
The only sector can really play is plantation.

i have accurately predict top glove price will fall to 4.88 on 21/3/14 before it share really plunge to 4.88 and rebounce back.
i posted on all glove ctrs bcos all the glove ctr will be in downtrend cycle now. Downtrend more than uptrend now,

Recycle water is not a brand new technology, most of the standard steel manufacturing at German & China already have this kind of facilities to avoid dirty or toxic industrial water flow into the river to avoid the tragedy that happen at France before. Their clean recycle water standard qualification is even fish can survive with these recycle water, that's why most of the factory will put few fish at the recycle water pool to test the water quality before release to the river.

Drop more then top up if u believe in it for long term.. Water crisis won't last forever, but it actually helps to give u opportunity to top up the stock if the price drops..

I thought that if only Kossan really use recycle water for his operation then suppose his production should be no problem at all right compared to others glove company that don't have this facilities. jolie2 do you mind to verify the important source that you post, may be all the ikan keli that put inside his recycle pool already back to god hand hehe.

If I am not mistaken, close to 100% of products from the main gloves manufacturers such as TG, KS, HT, SM are exported. Only those 2nd grade gloves are sold in local markets more to recover product cost instead of profit oriented. In fact the top company such as HT has almost no second grade gloves for sale. Therefore no matter if M’sia has the above mentioned outbreak, it is not so relevant to the sale of the quoted main gloves manufacturers.

all this diseases is due to el-nino effect that the expert is predict to happen soon for the next 2 -3 months. It will affect the cpo plantation also.
