Keep it for the 4th qtr announcement. You will be happy you do inspite of the global stock rout. 2016 is looking at company that can deliver earnings. Be invested in gloves industry and you won't go wrong.

Profit magin % for Kossan - 8.5% (yr2012), 10.7% ('13), 11.1% ('14) 12.4% (3rd qtr,'15) vs Topglove - 8.7% ('12), 8.5% ('13), 7.9%('14), 11.1% ('15), 15% (1st qtr,"16). Is dividend and PE rato the only consideration for a stock price? I will buy if the company continues to reward its shareholders - Kossan bonus issues and others see www.malaysastock.biz vs Top glove's. Share prices rise due to buyers confidence of its ascendancy after considering facts and emotion. Its a risk-reward investment. If you are long term, then its a reward counter. So is Kossan giving another bonus issue? Looking at its record, it is likely possible.

Fund managers have all the data with modern electronic technical tools, yet cannot gurantee the next trading opening and closing price.. They got burnt hands too. We always only mention Warren Buffett out of the millions stock traders. He bought at low entry price and sits on the board of most of his investment. That's why he is the GURU. For us, we ride our luck hoping to sit on a bulll rather than a bear. Can I predict the next trading price? I would be WB's guru if I could.

One more silly question. In real life ( not theory ), if a Co has good FA TA, would it automatically go up to its fair price without an operator / syndicate moving it?

I don't think amyone can control the price movement...maybe I am naive. Its just that the momentum for a higher price has no takers. I believe once a coumter is on a major fund radar then the possibility of moving up is better. Glove companies were mentioned in Fortune magazine last year before their uptrend. Not many companies can have the kind of coverage. So be like WB for this industry; buy and sit on it if you can't sit on the board.

Unfortunately in Malaysia, we don't have that many great companies.That's why most funds come to trade rather than invest. But, fortunately, now we have these global giants in Topglove, Kossan and Hartalega. Good FA TA is meaningless if the company is also ran.

Based on current global sentiment aka the twin terror, oil and China, my humble 2centsense is to liquidate stock positions and wait for bottom price bargains. Everything is thrown out the windows when terror strikes hard. I follow George Soros' comment on hard landing. The positive for 2016? It might be a year to find real bargains. Stay focus and make the right decision.
