Once successful , you need to go to corporate meeting and scroll till you can see KNM. click on it then register yourself to the meeting. In order to register , you need to get ready your CDS account info. registration must be done before Mon 28-Jun-202110:00 AM . Good luck.

started investing knm since 2009, that time didn't feel anything and was quite confident is long term investment. then notice this company right issue, merge, feel something is not right, after that never top up but just monitor this company business.

in year 2008 or 2009 got friend told me, EPF investing a lot in knm, if knm bankrupt, msia going to bankrupt too.. i just smile and listen......

Current KNM's CEO is an ex CFO, a LSE's nominee. Look like LSE n family is still in control, need all shareholders incl institutional shareholders to vote them out. Sardin81, to show you re independent n not planted by them, pl lead n lobby to vote them out. Thereafter new Board can dig dirt n report to MACC, SC to charge them

From 2.3 bil share increase to 3.2 bil via PP. who you think is behind the game? LSE already gain control of the company. How they did it? My guessing is after they dispose their share on hand, the money was use to buy back PP share. Then channel out the money back to themselve. After that do another round of PP. then channel back the money back to themselve. Keep rotating and during 2020 alone already gain back 30% holding. Now they want to did another round 20%. In total they will have gain 50% holding. And all these by rotating the PP process. One of the evidence is the cashflow in conpany remain low even after so many round of PP. where the money goes to? This is my guessing. If this is true, no way we can kick them out. Only hope they run the company well after regain control. But with so big share base, very hard for the share to move up. So sad.

That is, to place private placement shares that bring in the most money to KNM.

Some more, What effing fiduciary duty they have when they sell treasury shares holding cost RM 2+ at 19 Sen?

I can't wait for the whole board to be hauled up by SC or jabatan siasatan jenayah komersial.

ikan bilis wont win one, they had successfully dilute share from 2.3bil to 3.2 bil. they are holding with nominee name, we can only pray that they running the company well after regain control. don't hope for quick money as share will increase to 4bil after coming PP. good luck.

The below is one of KNM management comment on Q1, 2021 result:

"Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Asia & Oceania Segment posted a lower revenue of approximately RM19.89 million in Q1 2021 as compared with RM54.94 million in Q1 2020 mainly due to slower order replenishment and no contribution from Thailand’s operations".

Ins't no contribution from Thailand's operations considered a significant event, thus requiring public announcement/disclosure ??

ganapathy18, if you review pages 93 - 94 of the annual report, you will learn that the Ethanol Thailand group has lost RM20 million. It is at a standstill and nearly idle while the rest of Thailand's ethanol industry is thriving. This is the unit operated by the daughter of GAN SIEW LIAT named SARA LEE MEI CHING. Sara is not qualified to run a chemical plant. She is a recent graduate who studied hospitality management. So maybe she can run a small Airbnb. but apparently, MOM, KNM's HR manager and the Executive Director of KNM Group, gave her daughter 25 million KNM ESOS shares in return for losing 22 million for KNM shareholders! What a deal! I understand BORSIG and FBM group leadership received no ESOS shares for the contribution to KNM's profits. Lesson learned the person who loses the most money gets the most ESOS shares.
