Very good quarterly result. High revenue with good operating profit albeit dragged lower by finance cost. Very promising in the medium term.

The only problem with knm is the royal match leadership. A world of yes men leads to no good. Dreams of an ipo some day in the future for a unqualified subsidiary is no way to satisfy creditors. Tunku yaacob and his insurance salesmen need to be removed and professionals with experience and a track record need to take over before he implodes KNM.

Wow, we have a new boss in town. Andreas Hesschen is a tycoon from Germany. He owns LyondellBasell amongst other holdings. The third largest chemical company in the world. Good things are coming.

Its a interesting idea to venture into weaponry (wonder is that the correct word), because I knew borsig was the manufacturer for tank cannon (wonder is that the correct word) during WWII.

Mitsubishi also was the maker of the 0 fighter jet, now also in firearms.

我想想又覺得很有道理，德國轉向拒俄抗中！這時候在德國有強大焊接能力、鍛造一體成形的borsig成為其中重要一環，是順理成章的。

二戰以後德國基本不具戰力，由美國佬保護。如今德國轉向，會做槍炮的軍火商搞家公司來競投或承包業務？

（路過買一點，資料有限，沒有辦法深入研究，純屬猜測！）

you know, people like us see it goes to RM10 (pre corporate exercise), then see Lee says RM0.80. The borsig story has been going on for more than 10 years. If finally comes to something nice, good also lah.

I still remember reading the Edge "knm is the most international company with 99% sales abroad" blah blah blah. In the old days on the way to RM10.00 people says earn a kancil lah, win a mercedes benz lah. Good old story.

(吉隆坡5日讯）科恩马集团（KNM,7164,主板能源组）一批掌握逾10%股权的股东，要求召开股东特大，以罢辍东姑耶谷等9位现任董事，并委任柔佛大公主东姑卡玛丽亚、德国富豪安德烈亚斯希森等7位新董事。
大马交易所资料显示，安德烈亚斯上周二（29日）透过场外直接交易买进科恩马的3亿2000万股或7.91%股权，崛起成为科恩马主要股东，而东姑耶谷则间接持有科恩马的9.44%股权。
根据文告，以安德烈亚斯为首的股东今日致函科恩马董事部，要求依据2016年公司法令相关条款及公司章程召开股东特大，而他们也有意向科恩马展开敌意收购计划。
他们表示，他们要求罢免东姑耶谷、祖哈斯南、拉文德拉辛甘、何怡康、何舒文、图拉西、拿督乌维阿伦斯、詹姆斯和拿督英德拉，并委任东姑卡玛丽亚、安德烈亚斯、埃德温、拿督再迪、威廉、弗拉维奥和拿督阿都甘尼为新董事。

安德烈亚斯来自德国，曾在伦敦、德国等多家银行及上市公司服务。2015至2016年，他曾出任德国微型武器公司——黑克勒与科赫（Heckler & Koch GmbH）集团董事经理。
