hmmmm ... when knm announced PVR in jan 2014 price went up 4%. ps refer to link appended herewith. why is everybody saying PVR is BAD now ???? the share price will not be affected and the reserves after PVR MAY be used for bonus issues / dividend. and one of the key reasons is to facilitate fund raising in future if the need arises.

U r right but share price alredi up and reflect
at current price! So the upside for PVR over and shall be sideline for time being and another wave only with fresh lead again eg more rapid project announcement or related

the KNM staffs were recently given ESOS (at market price) and which I believe they can only exercise it after a year, as such I am sure the management wants the loyal staffs to make something in return for their services to the company.
