no, it just means adopt only. But DOES NOT promise it will pay on WHICH DATE. So no such "promise" happen. "subject to the availability of distributable reserves
and compliance
of financial covenants and will also depend on the capital
requirements, business prospects, and other circumstances/factor". So dont expect dividend can give to u recent. I think may be after few years, all the think stable first.

No chance, unless oil continue drop. It will be supported due to right issue. Most bank see this stock start turnaround, and EPF also shareholder in this.

good performance in next 2 years due to UK and rapid project. Most banks predicted already. So it is normal for stock rally now. This is the black horse. Most people aborted, but if you got open eye, you know this horse will start recover. Too sad for those people aborted at 3xc. They miss the recovery chance, because they not enough believe.
