as long as u have KNM share as of last friday then u will this KNM-OR . 5 KNM share = 1 KNM OR. If you keep untill this friday then u pay the RI u will get another 2 KNM - WB for 2 KNM-OR u still holding

the OR is your right entitlement for the rights share that "will" be traded in open market ..each 2 rights..u get one free warrant also.

OR is right issue, if u want convert OR to main share, need to pay 0.50 , let said u OR have 5000, then convert to Main share pay 5000 x 0.50 = RM 2500

if u dont want convert OR to main share, then you need to sell you OR to take the profit... but better convert...

Being looking at this counter but always bear in mind the crude oil negativity. Same for construction counter. U sense something not right when there is so many property sales exhibition in shopping malls etc.

Agreed i think this year property sales drop due to gst and most of them have spent it last year to curb the hike in prices.....will continue to see increase in consumer deposits rather than spending start of tomorrow
