We already in the 4th Quarter of the year. We should be anticipating some major announcement of contracts soon from KNM. Also, based on 3Q2015, we will definitely see major improvement in term of earnings because previous 3Q result was bad. We have been seeing strong accumulation at 0.405 and now at 0.415. The resistance however, is at 0.42.

Once it breaks this level, we should be anticipating next level of resistance at 0.45, 0.47 and 0.52. Good time to accumulate. Assuming upside of 0.55 and downside of 0.40. You are talking about 1.5sen downside vs 13.5sen upside. It is of the ratio of 1:9.

Easy trade but holding power is important.

KNM-WA and KNM-WB are very tricky. On the paper, if you look at who is the largest shareholder (Mr. Lee, of course), then you know the warrants will not go worthless. But the problem is, KNM has very large share base, so it is difficult to push the share price up. Don't bet on it.

The only way, the mother share can be pushed up is by favorable announcement. That is why I am confident, now we are heading towards the final moment before major announcement.

Bear in mind, having the warrants converted will provides a lot of funding for their expansion. So that's my 2 cents.
