Two access points are proposed from Storey’s Bar Road to secure access to the proposed administration offices, research & development centre and visitor centre and separate access to the Energy from Waste and Biomass Fuelled facility.
one thing good about knm is that it is not like other O&G stocks; when oil price goes down it goes down but when oil price goes up it also goes down.. hahaha
Ethanol can be use as gasoline??? I guess KNM creating it's own oil reserves...interesting :) KNM poise to be the Saudi Arabia of ASEAN 1 day maybe...lol
Gamuda Insider: Sell KNM, your car, your house, your wife and children if possible, and sailang Gamuda tomorrow. Guarantee 40-50% return in 1-2 months. Easy money!!
Green energy prospects look attractive but the pullback is the total liability at myr2.1Billion minus cash myr305M= myr1.7Billion net debts. Balance sheet not so strong, huge interest cost. Anyway, I'm still holding tight this salted fish. wakaka
KNM has been too quiet. They need to give update on the Peterborough project. They need to build investor confidence. Latest info/update is really lacking.
Yes. slowly suspect they want to collect the price lower. Few months later you will say this price seems to be the highest. Just wait till KNM follow perisai footstep, then maybe you will still say KNM will come again someday. Be a great investor to increase your wealth, not invest and make your wealth reduced year by year on lausy stock.
Everyone is lazy to find out why it declare loss last Qtr. I've read it and find out the reason. But, I'm not going to advise why so easily to sceptics. wakaka
@sardin, You are still here? You are really 1 can of sardin. Told you to sell all KNM and sailang Gamuda the other day. Why you don't listen? If you would have done what I've said you already earned 20% at least. I don't wish to see you suffer like this. Come on, Gamuda have a much better future than KNM. Penang MRT, Johor MRT, Sabah MRT, Sarawak MRT. can you imagine? GAMUDA worth at least RN 20. Gamuda simply super cheap right now. Gamuda is BUY BUY BUY BUY until RM 10, throw your KNM la.
Gamuda Insider: Government to announce resume contract with Gamuda soon with slight discount from Gamuda. Sell all your other stocks, your house, your wife and children if can. Sailang Gamuda.
Buy cheap while you still can. @sardin see you on the other side.
Speakup....yup..my friend too.....he made RM 6 million when it was at RM 8.00++ in 2008, later he made losses RM 6 million and own capital another RM 800k. IN TOTAL 6.8 MILLION later he sold in 2010
In fact, knm can raise fund very easy by going public listing thailand ethanol, Borsig or...future Peterborough renewable energy plant. 80 acres of land in 3 storey road at Peterborough is fully 100% owned by KNM
In fact, by disposing 100% own Borsig, KNM can get back RM 2.5 Billion (2008 purchased price was around RM 1.8 Billion). Borsig is a profitable company making over RM100 million yearly, which means with RM 100million profit per year if it is listed the share price shall be at RM 3.33 Billion of its market capitalisation.
In the past statement analyst did mention that if borsig goes for public listing, they can raise RM 4billion in total.
To settle current outstanding debt, they only require RM 1.3B, if this happens, we will get back return of fund back.
BORSIG today The memorial pictured in 2007 in the Berlin cemetery
After World War II, the company was called Borsig AG, owned by Rheinmetall (as Rheinmetall-Borsig) and later by VIAG, a company owned by the German Federal Republic. In 1970, Borsig was sold to the private company Deutsche Babcock AG, later known as Babcock Borsig AG. In July 2002, Borsig had to reorganize due to the insolvency of its mother company, Babcock Borsig AG, Oberhausen. In 2004, Borsig bought ZM Zwickauer Maschinenfabrik, a manufacturer of reciprocating compressors and blowers, today known as BORSIG ZM Compression GmbH, situated in Meerane/Saxony. In 2006, Borsig bought the industrial boiler manufacturer DIM KWE, today BORSIG Boiler Systems GmbH. Today the BORSIG Group consists of six companies:
BORSIG GmbH, the mother company, Berlin, BORSIG Process Heat Exchanger GmbH, Berlin, manufacturer of pressure vessels and heat exchangers, BORSIG ZM Compression GmbH, Meerane, manufacturer of compressors and blowers, BORSIG Membrane Technology GmbH, Gladbeck and Rheinfelden, manufacturer of membrane technology such as emission control systems or vapour recovery units, BORSIG Boiler Systems GmbH, Hamburg, industrial boilers and power plant engineering, BORSIG Service GmbH, Berlin and Gladbeck, industrial service.
In 2008 the whole BORSIG Group got a new owner, the KNM Group Berhad, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The actual product and service programme of the BORSIG Group consists of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, process gas waste heat recovery systems, quench coolers, scraped surface exchangers, reciprocating compressors for process gases, turbo compressors for process gases, reciprocating compressors for CNG filling stations, blowers and blowers systems, compressor valves, membrane technologies, such as emission control units, vapour recovery systems, gas conditioning, advanced separations, industrial boilers, power plant engineering, power plant services and industrial services.
These power plants are ready to participate for renewable energy plant which will be the top topic for MALAYSIA in 2019. The government of Malaysia is expected to spend a billion of dollar for this industry for a concession contract.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
