Update on Mexico plant. We understand that JTB is expecting a delay in installing and commissioning of equipment by the suppliers from China due to Covid19 (earlier expected to be ready for production by 1QFY20). As a result, we are now only estimating Mexico to commission by 4QFY20, with full-year contribution in FY21 (c.14% to Group’s earnings).

Covid-19 and politician unstable make economy slown down fundamental company metamorphism ,expect local and foreign funds money would not flow in big cap and mid cap stock because everybody scare buy high losses money . In this few month expect Funds manager money would flow out in bigcap and midcap stocks and will short selling midcap stocks for make money so now no prospects cannot buy and hold .
market stock RM5.00 drop to RM 2.00 ,followed RM2.00 drop RM1.00,followed RM1.00 drop to 50 cent,followed 50 cent drop to 20cent ,followed 20 cent drop to 10cent ,followed 10cent drop to bottom.
This is a opportunity markets money no longer will flows in cheaper stocks sharks will goreng lows price stock at bottom..

Break support 1.35. next support 1.27, and 1.26. only retailer buy and sell, no support from any tycoon. keep falling with DJ. If 126 also break off, prepare back to RM 1. Remember, no catalyst for Johotin until the mexico plant is commissioned in 1Q 2022. If your have holding power for 1 year, then keep it on. Otherwise no point to waste your time here

Johotin will have a big jump in profit by end of 2020 because there is a great demand in tinplates due to food demand caused by COVID 19.
Mexico's business is expanding rapidly and the demand for milk products is also very high in this critical period.

dont forget the restricted movement period will cause all the import material still located at port klang or even logistic deliver the material to the factory ,nobody receive due to shut down.this will cause the quality of material ? who will compansate the loss incurred?

PE = 9x
DY = 4.7%
ROE = 14%

If 10x PE, Johotin is RM1.57
