Best to invest in companies that develop and own renewable energy projects. Going forward more and bigger data centres are required as AI , particularly Generative AI are heavy consumers of data. These new data centres will need huge amount of energy and will only use energy from renewable sources. In fact if Malaysia were to build the planned data centres there will not like be enough renewable energy available.

Did Toyoventures acheived full financial close on June 28? According to a report in edgedaily https://theedgemalaysia.com/node/717583 ,they got the 60% financing from Vietnamese banks.
Why did the Vietnam MOIT terminate the power plant? Did they do it so as not to breach the agreement on the US$15billion climate financing package with rich nations. https://theedgemalaysia.com/node/717583

If the financial deal with the vietnamese banks is signed and sealed,I foresee a settlement with the Vietnamese gov't. If no settlement is reached,I guess there will be lawsuit.
If the financing deal is not signed and sealed,just merely stating where they are getting their financing from,then,i guess it is the end of the power plant project. A good excuse for the Vietnamese to terminate the project

Only the parties involved (Toyoventures,Exim Bank,Vietnamese banks and Vietnam MOIT) have the answers,the rest of us are just guessing.

Based on my QMDJ analysis, the cause of the project failure was due to some vicious people in creating trouble. It is now in a trap position. However, the trap should be overcome by this coming Thurs / Friday. My advice is to slowly accumulating while the price is low.

For those that actually took my info and do research and save yourself from the termination bloodbath. Congrats and thank you. Hope that Almighty repay me with blessing cus my only intention is to help people.

For the other that want my to hear out my suggestion. Go and look for the conglomerate blue chip. They going to get bigger and better investment than this Power Plant coming in soon. Bcause they are being execute by non-convicted director.

SH2P is in the midst of finalising the syndicated financing facilities for the Project. If the management has no plan for it, they may already have terminated since 9th July. The project could potentially still move forward. I am prepared to accumulate more if price goes lower. What a rare opportunity!

we have been following up this counter closely for months due to its high volatility which make interest to us for short term. But, with reference on Toyo's announcement and the Edge articles, if we are carefully read through on chronological on the Date, it led to us a misleading info by believing the syndicated financing facilities are being in the finalizing. We may ask how it could be in reality to finalizing a USD 2.42 billions financing with various Banks are being involved with.

There are limited down side if the project is concluded terminated by the management as all selling has been done already. In the event that the project is revived, the up swings is at least 2-3 times the current share price. Take your own calculated risk. I am a strong believer that the project is still on taking the cue that the management has still refused to conclude game over at this stage.

Hello..are you out of your mind. Inventory build-up, financing costs, stat-up costs, penalties for cancellation when project was confirmed has not been buffer in. As long as dust is not settle cannot buy. Do not catch a falling knife. Project revival is not possible as just cancelled by corrupted Vietnam government. So stay away or far far away from this counter for all investors if you do not want to catch a falling knife. You will be butchered !
