TRD told before that they were not given the project by end Jube, instead given to Myeg. Another new project of Immigration is given by end of August, is Arbb with its latest IoT n Face Recognition system help to secure the contracts??

based on ARBB announcement, so far NOT seeing any announcement to quote that Caravan further subscribe ARBB’s share. Therefore, Caravan is stuck now. If Caravan gets special conditions guaranteed agreement, they have to do announcement. Else Bursa will query ARBB for giving special treatment to Substantial Shareholders, pls bear in mind, Bursa has duty to protect Minority Shareholders!
