This stock will fly to the moon when it is able to collect back its receivable .

The question is , the receivable is keep increasingggggg while the cash and cashbalance of the account remain stagnant for past 3 QR !!

I think this is the reason why this stock cannot get even PE10.

I think you guys who is still blurring what is happening,on current, Arbb had turn to more solid fundamental and second stage, Nobody chase here. At most of the people here buy before this, Those who are having early stage comment. Drop back or not, it also shown the counter profit. That's all.

Trade receivables simply means someone who purchased your goods or services but have not pay you yet. Normally, businesses in Malaysia generally have a “business-period” of 90 – 120 days, and hence would be placed under Current Assets. Any date lesser than 365 does or collectable within a year would be categorize under Current Assets.



So why ARBB’s trade receivables would beplaced under Non-Current Assets? This is because the unique business model of ARBB in the ERP sector. ARBB is completely different and unique amongst Malaysian ERP providers. They do not provide one-off software sales or do it on a lease basis. But ARBB would provide professional business advisory and custom build ERP software for businesses to enhance their business model and sales efficiency.

So, let’s say if ARBB do partner with a property developer. We all know that property developer does not collect all cash right at the moment of selling properties. But only by a progressive basis. Just take a look at ECO WORLD DEVELOPMENT GROUP BERHAD (KLSE:ECOWLD)’s balance sheet.

It would not be out of the world to guess that ARBB had currently joint-ventured with any big-name property developers. (Hint-hint, it should not be ECOWLD) Some might argue that the cash flow was weak, but I think investor’s reaction after the result announcement tells it all. This company is super solid in fundamental terms.
