FAST ENERGY is trading below rights issue price before closing date on 3 Dec.
PERMAJU is trading below rights issue price, closing date was yesterday.

Rights subscription rate could be low and might indicate that shareholders not willing to fork out more money to support company fund raising exercise.

Interesting to see arbb shareholders reaction to the rights issue exercise.

Suppose the number of the stocks will be double. Then, its PE will be double if the stock price is the same. But even if its PE becomes double, its PE will be very low, so the stock price does not necessarily go down.

anyone know any company that issue RI that is doing well with their share price?? all the ones i know are conn companies that issue RI. ARBB im on the fence, hence i would like to see a company that actually deliver after issuing RI not pump and dump.

in conclusion, low pe is low quality company, no value at all..... klse have many counter like this one..... have to be smart to choose quality counter, we only wan company share price can up , not their profit bcoz profit can be easily manipulate but their share price wont.

Have to be careful with directors who are greedy to raise more funds by easily & conveniently issuing more shares via Rights Issue, PP, ESOS.

Good company directors could do business using bank borrowing and work hard to generate business profits which can be used to service the loans & reward shareholders instead of frequently relying on easy money from share issuance or asking shareholders to fork out more money.
