Seem today's gap down openning at 0.780
Short term dull .Since , my last said immediate support at 0.795 has been violated today.

Mid term , should there trade opportunity surface... i trust paktua73 the veteran momentum investor likely will give a hug here.

When times fall in paradoxical situation Capital Protection above all.
U may realise it through 2-3 partially entry.

Superb99, they already secured a contract last for 16 years with TNB and now got LOI with Thanh Chong for green energy in Vietnam. Don't you see they have big plan before agree to sell their BCM? Management is wise to give back almost half of the sold value back to shareholders as special dividend and use remaining to expand the energy business. Green energy will be the next big thing.

Further to our announcements dated 18 January 2018, 19 December 2017, 21 August 2017, 10 August 2017, 15 February 2017, 1 December 2016, 30 November 2016, 2 September 2016, 25 August 2016, 22 July 2016, 13 May 2016, 3 March 2016, 2 February 2016, 28 August 2015, 3 October 2013 and 16 July 2013, pertaining to the litigation action taken by Comintel, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Comcorp against U Television Sdn Bhd & Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun in Civil Application No.: 08(f)-449-09/2015, the Board of Directors of Comcorp wishes to announce that Federal Court had on 26 January 2018 dismissed Comintel’s motion to seek clarification to be given by the Federal Court on assessment of the value of the services and equipment supplied by Comintel to UTV in the High Court and interest awarded of eight per cent (8%) per annum, where each party is to bear its own costs. However, Federal Court clarified that interest of 8% per annum shall accrue from the date of the Federal Court’s Order i.e. 18 August 2017.

Consequence to the Federal Court’s Order dated 18 August 2017, Comintel will take steps to collect from UTV the equipment previously supplied to them.

This announcement is dated 29 January 2018.
