U may be able to make some money playing this game by now....however, be cautious when coming to the next Q result, if the result is back to the normal path then expect a gap down to Rm0.40+/RM0.50+..one shot all yr profit made these few rounds will give back to Boss...

Not a good idea to get in after breaking 0.60. Too many ppl holding at 0.30
Monday-- China and Taiwan are coming back from CNY (see HK coming back on wed results )

I have review icon research on Comcorp. I don't thing he is wrong but he was over optimistic on the share price base on the annualized eps. The current turmoil in the share market has no doubt affected Comcorp. Fear that the share price will come down to what it was before has gripped investors. Those lucky and well inform investors who bought at below 54cents would have taken profit when the price was around 85cents or even sooner,any logical and wise investors would have done that.
Comcorp has just paid 540,000 to takeover the remaining 30% of Comlenia,this is a sign that Comcorp is ok with its cash flow.
The question is to invest or not to invest in Comcorp?
Base on the current business fundamental,Comcorp has improved tremendously. It has definitely withstand the period during the subprime crisis in the US.
Management has issued a statement saying that they are confident for the rest of the financial year.
Ringgit is still above 4 to the dollar. Comcorp will remained competitive. It will hedge forex to limit any down side to the dollar.
Sales has also improved as well as profit margin.
Base on an eps 8cents, pe10 , share price 80cents. For the coming year end.
Next year end should no doubt be better.
The coming year end results will give us an indication of how well Comcorp is doing.
If you can hold the share for a year,you should be rewarded.
Comcorp will aim to achieve a target of more than 10cents eps for the next year end. Share price will be around the 1ringgit mark if base on a pe of 10.
I am only giving my view on how icon has arrived at his recommendation.

PE ratio ...don't make me laugh.....

when talk about PE ratio of big companies , when there is some earnings transparency and earnings stability / growth.

but not PE ratio of half bankrupt companies who managed to squeeze out a few million $ on a turnover of 100 million...all because of a favorable forex environment....for an extremely think margin and unstable margin.

extremely thin margin in an unstable environment , a penny stock with no good qualities, you want to talk about PE ratio?

Don't be naive Desa, an experienced trader will know axactly how to maximizing their profit after the earlier tumbling while market sentiment rebound..u like to stay in d box & your classic rules ; that's up to u. Comcorp r going to rebound strongly while u r still in your paradox. That's the reality of the Mr.Market . Not a simply Proton TA user can understand and get use to it. (Especially for Desa)..
