Co is in finalisation of its quarter results. Believe to be a positive performance. Otherwise co won't waste time to submit for uplifting application to Bursa. Tentative time to be uplifted should be around 2nd to 3rd week of this month.

Panic selling i guess after the announcement by thh mgmt last week on the pending upliftment...

Good for those who are cash rich to be in the boat..

After that another round of doc submission to SC for the upliftment for Q3 report..

I hold thh wa @ 0.37.. Cannot do much.. No more cash pile.. But see lah.. Expiry date lama lg... ;)

Now thh in the midst of recruiting talents.. Saw their advert in the star dated 29 sep.. I believe something is brewing..

I think this announcement will help you guys.Announced on 2 Oct 2012.


We refer to our announcement dated 31 July 2012 whereby the Company announced that it has submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") for an early upliftment from being classified as a PN 17 company and our monthly announcement on the PN17 status on 1 October 2012.
The Board of Directors of TH HEAVY wishes to inform that the Company has today received the reply letter from Bursa Securities dated 26 September 2012 informing that after due consideration of the facts and circumstances of the matter, Bursa Securities will only consider the application for an early upliftment from being classified as PN17 company after TH Heavy has submitted to Bursa Securities its third (3rd) quarterly results of 2012 for the financial period ending 30 September 2012, which has been subjected to a limited review by an external auditor.

So... it will about 1 month for THH to submit 3rd Qtr a/c..(maybe end Oct)..then review by External Auditor..(maybe 2 weeks)..
Maybe it will start moving by mid-Nov..
But then again, as Analyst mentioned earlier, if they are not confident of profitability, why bother to submit for upliftment..
For me, its accumulation time for price under 0.50 sen
