but must thank the current management team to turn the co around from pn17... hope they will make it a great co like perisai, skpetro..

1. out of pn17
2. more projects = + profits
3. MOU with IOC to strengthen technical capabilities
4. to upgrade Pulau Indah Yard for bigger project
5. Acquire new larger site for more and larger projects
6. RSC will be a bonus and utilization of FPSO asset
7. Add more assets...

It will fly!! Timing... :)

Hi, Sheridansulik. Yup, both are good. Just that I put more in the bigger & heavier basket... Waiting for heavy one to move... :)

So, the JV with McD is good deal. What's your view on the JV and valuation of BMD vs THF? Is it fair deal? The value of THF is also not bad...

Sure THH is good. And McD saw the value in it. McD is top class, if they JV with THH, meaning THH must be damn good!! :)

I dont know if McValue meal McD will beneficial, but it does make me full..heheheh...

On serious note, let them perform their job 1st ..too soon to tell...

One have good cash backing, the other have the worldclass offshore equipments..probably the synergy is there.... The one who hold the cash can do all the wonders in the world...i just hope THHE can really managed these McDs well..

BMD was awarded a "significant" subsea contrat by Murphy.. THHE shall benefits from this contract via the 30% share-swap with BMD :)
