So HSS has achieved 68.2% and their Offer has becomes unconditional, so everybody who has accepted their Offer earlier will be paid 38 sens for each share 10 days later i.e. by 2nd January?

Since their Offer has becomes unconditional at 68.2%, the privatization execise has failed/ ended, so we can continue trading at Bursa and prepare for round 2 of privatisation in 1 to 2 years time?

We wish to announce that Hovid has received a press notice dated 20 December 2017 from CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Joint Offerors (“Press Notice”) informing that the Joint Offerors have received valid acceptances in respect of the Offer Shares resulting in the Joint Offerors holding in aggregate (together with such Shares that are already acquired, held or entitled to be acquired or held by the Joint Offerors) 68.20% of the total Shares as at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time), 20 December 2017. As such, the Final Acceptance Condition of the Offer has been fulfilled and the Offer has become unconditional as to acceptances on 20 December 2017 (“Unconditional Date”)

Pursuant to Paragraph 12.01(3)(c) of the Rules and in accordance with Section 2.4(b) Appendix I of the Offer Document, the Joint Offerors shall keep the Offer open for acceptances for at least another 14 days from the Unconditional Date, which in any event, shall not be later than the 74th day from the Posting Date. Accordingly, the closing date and time for the acceptances of the Offer shall be extended to 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on 12 January 2018 (“Extended Closing Date”).

1. JO have indicated not to offer any price higher than 38. OK. Got it. Retailers will not buy more than 38.

2. David statement is FINAL. I guess no point think that he won't get 75%, because another 6.8% he will get the shares. Very POSITIVE he will get 75%

With 68.2% shares + 77.37% of Warrants, and assuming HSS convert all their Warrant today, they will get 73.35%, which is very close to 75%.

可以有很多可能性，除非你知道他们的合作计划。如果他们计划下市以后，留在外面的股份不希望超过5%呢？，所以不好猜，猜中几率也低。回去基本点，你看好公司未来，就不卖，不看好就卖。如果占你投资组合比例高就卖掉一部分，如果比例低有闲钱就加码。。。。

2 fellow are asking, if privatization is successful, and if they didn't sell their shares, what will happen?

So far, from JO first attempt till now is successful already.

After achieving 75%, do they need to go for 90% acceptance to delist?

My understanding is after privatization successful and you didn't sell your shares, you cannot sell anymore. You will become minority shareholders in Hovid until they start to relist again in Bursa. Got dividend or not, depend on Hovid performance.
