75%的收购好像是需要75%赞成，同时不能多过10%的反对。估计这是收购方最头痛的问题，如果情况去到超过75%，而又得不到下市通过，要不就呕会出来要不就拖。。。。2.4亿资金卡住。。。。会不会是这样吖？？？？有熟悉收购条例的人解释吗？

Actually to get that 6% is not so difficult. Even after 75%, HOVID need the SC approval to delist based on public spread rule. The public spread is the hardest part actually. The more the small shareholders doesn't give up, the harder HSS to bring HOVID delist. Just promote to your auntie uncle, ask them to buy 100units each. So that the number of public shall holders still meet the public spread requirement, then HSS cannot do anything even he got >75%. Unless he managed to get 90% then baru consider Game Over.
