收购方没有权力逼你卖，只能吓到你卖，还需要吓你，证明他们还没达到目的。

Czarll 我不清楚干嘛要设67%门槛， 我只知道这个 In the event the Joint Offerors receive acceptances under the Offer resulting in the Join Offerors and their PACs holding more than 75% but less than 90% or where the public shareholdings is 10% or less of the Shares (excluding treasury shares), the Public Spread Requirement will not be met. In this case, the Joint Offerors may procure Hovid to take requisite steps to steps to withdraw its listeing status from Official List of Bursa Securities in accordance with Paragraph 16 of the Listing Requirements. Notwithstanding this, Bursa Securities may at its discretion impose additional conditions for the withdrawal of the Offeree's listing status from the Official List of Bursa Securities.

daily8 ,21号通告cimb结了20号以前的票为68%。21号公开市场交易了4m unit,为什么刚刚的通告21号只有200k unit？

我没打算要卖，下市也不会卖，强制收购我也没亏，所以以下这番话是替那些套牢者讲的。2014_2015炒高宣布宽充产房，16_17销售额横摆，盈余却不断下降，股价下跌，因为宽充开支，贷款开支。你拿去用的钱是公司的，股东的，现在宽充好了0.38要私有化，还有blog替老何说好话说hovid在最艰难时刻，老何既然愿意以高过市价收购。。。将心比心，这样坑人家有好吗？

The study for HOVID taking private is getting more interesting and full of surprise. Why TEAL partners working so hard to help HOVID privatization. What do they get from the deal? Only the coming earning from new plant? There is too many questions and it lead to a lot of possible. Even David Ho message is full of clue to the future of HOVID.

Czarll ， 根据他们最新的宣布， 他们不再conditional offer 而换去 unconditional offer。也代表着他们已经接受签署了 conditional offer 散户的票。 所以他们要把所收购的散户票（从conditional offer)，加入62%++ 内，结果变成 68%++。这个是我个人所了解的。说到制造恐慌呢，他们只是要交代手上的票。但是这个宣布，有可能以不直接的方式，影响还没签署的散户，使他们恐慌。所以不算是犯法吧。

为了达到75%，从open market 收购6%++是非常艰难的，我猜他们会和那些“大股东”献购。从AR2017参考，大股东加起来有大约9.63%。希望这些大股东守住自己手上的票吧。

我终于明白为什么赢的总是庄家，因为散户根本就没有了解这游戏规则，没有了解公司背景，价值。。。。关心的只是有没有下市，股价的差价。。。那些打算继续持有的，算了吧。可能HSS收购得越多，转换的warrant会少些，冲淡我们持有的比例也少些。股息也会厚点。。。
