Guys , the theme at the current Market euphoria is on penny stocks. Ni Hsin, apart from the nature of business, also has a interest corporate proposal pending SC approval as follows :

a, An issue of RCPS at RM 0.01 cts on the basis of 2 RCPS for every 1 share held .
b. The conversion price for the RCPS into Ni Hsin share is proposed at 15 RCPS or 1 RCPS plus 0.15 cts.

What this means is that if you buy the shares at 0.30 and sell it at 0.30 Ex-proposal, the 2 RCPS is expect to be valued at 0,15 each .

If the price move higher, the higher value is the RCPS.

Once the SC approoved the proposal , expect this counter to fly ...better if limit up considering the play on penny stocks.The shares outstanding for this counter is also limited with little market float.
