Guys ,

An analysis on the Corporate exercise :

a. 2 for 1 RCPS at 1 cts each or very Ni Hsin shares held . The conversion price or the RCPS is 0.15 cts.

I you buy Ni Hsin at 0.255 and hold through the exercise and sell it at 0.255 , the expected margin for the investment will be appro. 20cts ie 10cts for the RCPS .

If the price move higher when it goes ex, huat la...

Just wait for the approval in a matter of days now from the vol today..

Nihsin W will not be entitled to the RCPS and the exercise price is not expected to be adjusted. If the parent shares move, the W is expected to follow suit.

When the ex date is announce , it is beter to buy Ni Hsin. For the time being , the W is a better bet.

Is it advisable tu buy the mother share before the ex date? Since after the ex date and if the mother share doesn't move up after the price is adjusted, the people who bought it at the current price and didn't exercise the right will be in a very deep hole
