I am really perturbed that the investing public or newbies are delving on the TP,LU,LD for the various stocks which have recently increased for no fundamental or financial reasons other than pure stock manipulation, 'blind leading the blind' and chasing for sudden windfalls.
A2.That when for the last three(3) days DJIA,S & P 30,NASDAQ and today most of the global equity markets suffered from heavy falls because of the inflation angst which is on the uptrend.Our small and not favoured equity market will not be shielded from such sudden and large downturn in stock prices.The stocks that will be hit first or suffered greatly will be those country that were chasing up irrationally because they have no fundamentals to underpin the stocks. Many of such gullible investors will be hit big time if the current stock run down the hill continue next week.
A3. In such volatile investing situation one should adopt different strategy to protect one investment and money that have been put in(all hard earned savings).
A4.My parting word is to stay highly alert,cautious and waver on the safe side during such turbulent times that will also hit our shore and also in the current pandemic face by all citizens.

No sound or logical reason for the loss-making counter like this one to perk up to Wednesday closing price at RM 5.92.Truly manipulated or cornered. That an increase of RM 1.23 over the previous closing price.
Clearly,such chasing of the price to such ridiculous level is one of clear manipulation by a group of market's speculator as witnessed through the trading activity,trends and movement when it is down at the opening and chased up within a short minute of time.

Q1. What financial track records to support such very rich and overpriced shares when it has been loss making for several years?
.Negative EPS,negative ROE, P/E ratio : nil for loss making company. Revenues recorded mediocre.
Q2. What fundamentals that caused the share price to rise up by such rich valuation? Prospective cloud computing service job? TM is part of the show under MYDIGITAL and can you relate why its shares does not rise up? Instead it has been going down the last few trading days.
Q3. The appearance of Areca Dynamic Growth Fund as an investor through private placement (PP) exercise that was just recently completed on 26.4.2021?. That was done at RM 1.08 for 3,499,800units as perused through their official declaration. Hence simply anyone invited to participate in the PP will willingly does so because the price differential to the prevailing market price is so big.Just throw in the money, and enjoy the rich return immediately.

What gives?

Determination: Left me pondering that the price surge is very irrational, and due for a sharp fall once the equity market turn southward(down). Many gullible investors chasing after the stock hoping for windfall will be landed with overvalued shares and incurred huge losses from their hard earned savings. At such price I can buy CIMB,PBB,Maxis,TM, and many other counters with sound fundamentals from the market.Even if the market suddenly fall(because of increasing inflation angst and interest rate yields) their prices can still be supported for such counters like CIMB,PBB,Maxis,TM,etc and not his counter.Just to share as a sincere advice. Money don't grow on trees.

@goodgain the market regulator Securities Commission should step in and take robust action on such counter.Just issuing Unusual Market Activity (UMA) is an exercise of futility.Strong action needed from SC to ensure the interest of the investing public is properly safeguarded and protected.And the proper and regular trading activity of the stock.

in free market, regulator shouldn't interrupt too much. Or else, local market lost the attractiveness. anyway, i always believe regulator and the institutional investor has good relationship between them. Ikan bilis like us wont have any protector.

@apolloang have written on such matter to get the notice of SC. But seemed that the SC is not discharging its proper duties as provided for under the existing securities regulations make under the Act. Whilst waiting for more stringent policing and supervising from them on the local equity markets hope the investing public can be selective ,extra cautious, judicious,alert,smart, and conservative on such share like TOcean that has driven up beyond even its forecast earnings(just forecast which many companies are doing but later turned out mediocre).Best to avoid TOcean when the present stock price is already richly overvalued and no fundamentals to support or underpin its present price.Money don't grow on trees.

Ocean has never been in the IB analysts coverage.
Looking at its past financials which were poor, future earnings on the low side,present valuations already very much overpriced best for any smart investor to avoid touching and buying such stock.
We have to self-regulate on our stock pickings if the regulators have failed to properly supervise and monitor the behaviour of the equity market development.

Why keep suggesting, and recommending to buy Tocean when the present price at Wednesday closing price@RM 5.92 has been chased so high by irrational groups(manipulators whoever they are) for no logical sound, and valid fundamental reasons to support at this price.
A2. At RM 5.92 is already very very high and not worth at such a lofty high price! Even at prospective future earning(says if there is profit at every quarters) at RM 5.92 is simply incredulous.Even if the share price were to increase daily I am not interested with such cornered stock.
A3.If the stock is so good to hold then it will have appeared in the IB analysts' viewpoints, and reports.
A4.One has to cap the TP and with clear qualification if one is responsible with what one is writing and sharing in the public forum. Don't just daily babbling loud on this stock without referring back to its financials and fundamentals.
A5.That so that the gullible and new investors can be forewarned that the risk of investing in this overvalued share is very high.

I need to put forth my sincere views here for the better interest of the investing community.

This stock is best to avoid at ALL costs unless the company can be upfront and disclosed its prospective forward earnings(profits).
A2.Otherwise it is merely chasing after your "fantasy dream" which can trap you badly.
A3.Don't be the silly fews holding the overvalued stocks on your hands.
A4.So much better choice to pick other counters at this price.
A5.The stock price needs to drop further to its historical low at Rm1.0.

Simply irresponsible (!), and yet they are dreaming for sudden windfalls.
End of the day they will only come to full realisation that is a BAD dream.But then their money already lost.
WE need to promote proper and evidence-based buying and selling of stocks for the benefits of all.

As a kind advice for those who have purchased this stock and were still in the nett profits best to sell them all tmrw.
A2. The stock price even after today drop of about 0.46 cents is still very much overvalued.No fundamentals to fall back on if one look back at its financials.
A3.Perusing and reading the technical charts- SMA 10,SMA200,MACD,RSI the price trend,momentum were not supportive of the stock price. And if one closely discern through the buying activity profile on today trading(and also other days) can infer it looks very closely to "push and dump" approach by big buyers(whoever they are).
A4.Europe equity market today opening is down, and many investors expect DJIA,S&P, and NASDAQ to follow suit.
A5. During such period of increasing volatility in the market from the VIX index best to stay on the safe or conservative side.

Making the right,and correct decision is vitally important during market"s turbulence.

A1. Ineffectual for the equities or securities regulators to issue standard Unusual Market Activity(UMA) one after another to public -listed companies that have seen their shares' prices spiked,increased, and pumped up by a big, and unusual amount. Such incredulous, and bizarre market moves and trends smacked of market's rigging, cornering, and gross manipulation activities by irresponsible groups to snarl, and entrap the many gullible retail investors in the market place.Cannot discern any fundamental,logical or sound reasons to support the sudden price increase for a great number of listed shares that have negative EPS,ROE,very high PE ratio, forward earning potential not visible, decreasing or stagnant revenues year after year,etc
A2.Afer the UMA letter the said share price irregular moves take place and repeated all over again. What does that tell you as a concerned and value-added investors? Show total disregard to the UMA or whatever supervision and monitoring by the regulators.
A3. That clearly show that the regulators need to act tough,decisive and strong on such irregular market's trading activities which were bordering, and descending on irrational exuberance. And to serve as a stern , and clear warning to other recalcitrant public listed companies in Bursa.
A4. Vitally important that there were array of securities laws to be enforced, and the regulators have to be seen to be doing their jobs,duties, and responsibilities well, and proactive.
A5.That to prevent any big losses to be incurred by the retail investors which have NO control,influence and power over such irregular market's price moves.

The ball is with the regulators NOW to show that they are doing the right things, and doing things right.

No prejudice meant to any party.Just to ensure the equity market function in the proper, progressive and regulated manner.

Lately, Unusual Market Activity (UMA) letters were issued to public listed companies by Bursa when their share prices were unrelentingly pumped up to reach ridiculous highs. These include companies mostly mid-size capitalization, poor performing, and weak fundamentals.
After oft similar replies were made to Bursa, their prices will continue to ascend incredulously next to even more new high. The price moves, actions, and patterns recorded over the trading days were noticeably spurious. Investing public needs strong and effective regulators to ensure the equity market is devoid of any pernicious manipulation to safeguard their better interests.

What a very poor performance for the last quarter which was out this evening. Going to shatter a thousand dreams and break many rice bowls of the investors hoping for sudden great and instant fortune. Just tell me frankly a company wth paid up capital of aboutt RM 204 million can only achieve stagnant revenue flows at about RM 4.564 million and PBT and PAT of only 49,,000. EPS a miserable lowly figure of 0.12 cents. Too many gullible investors of this counter akin to blind following the blind. At the present price is very very very much overpriced and overvalued.
