Opines no fundamental reason and basis for this stock to command and fetch such a rich valuation at RM 4.80(today's closing price).

That when:
1. For the past many years since 2012 the share is trading on narrow volumes and hovering within the RM1.00 price rand which is close to its NTA at 0.92 cents.
2.For several quarters now it has been reporting losses. Negative EPS,negative ROE.No dividend payouts to shareholders.
3.The number of issued shares issued only at 45.10 million and hence easily "manipulated".
4.What major t corporate development news from the company to cause the share to starts moving up since 15 April 2021? I can discern nothing positive.

In short the regulators like SC and BSKL should come down hard on such unusual stock price movement bordering on irrational exuberance to safeguard the wider interest of the investing community. The regulators have to play their mandated duties and obligations.
