Observation : 58 million Esos is allocated a few days ago .. 25 % to BOD , 75 % to employee .. ex price 0.45 ... do you think BOD will be too generous to give easy money to employee with high ex Profit ? A profit range of 10 % to 20 % is logical .. with 0.485 is in money 7.78 % ..see QR will be announced this month or not ...

Insas q3 EPS 10.52 cents.

Insider convert Warrants at 12 cents so at least PA got cash inflow of 12 cents x 11.5 million.
So now NOSH 1,219,684,187. Q3 can get NP of 6 million or not?

Surely Insas will beat PA flat over the medium term says within a year, just mark my words loh!

Peter Lynch had this very important advice loh....!!

When a stock is cheap, look for the reason,why a stock is cheap?.

If a stock is cheap for a temporary reason, then it becomes value investing.

If a stock is cheap for a permanent reason, then it becomes a value trap.

When you look at the situation if INSAS, you come to the question:

When can I reasonably expect the temporary undervaluation of INSAS to be resolved to it's proper price?

If your answer is I don't know when it will resolve, how it who will resolve it, or why would they?

Then you are better off not owning INSAS.

Why Raider says Insas can beat PA flat within 1 year leh ?
Bcos Insas has shown very consistent earnings support & value mah!

Insas is not a goreng stock like PA mah....thus medium term Insas will surely do better n gain better appreciation than PA mah!

Q3 NP: RM 7.194 million EPS 0.63 cent.
Culmulative 9 months: Revenue: RM 237.37 million. NP RM 17.16 million. EPS 1.51 cent.
Cash and bank balance RM 1.917 million. Fixed deposit RM 421K.
Proceeds from conversion of warrants B: RM 8.565 million.

Mike luckily got insiders convert warrants otherwise tak ada cash untuk bayar gaji.
