when gold prices go up Tomei will make more profit from old stock , and pay more tax, but they have to buy back whatever what had sold with higher price. So today profit is tomorrow lost.

Nonsense comment. Tomei already got a lot branches and goods before the spiking price of gold. Tomei no rush to buy the high price from raw gold supplier. Instead Tomei can buy cheap gold from previous buyers, at least 30% lower.

Fantastic result, 8.42 cent earning in this latest quarterly result. But stock price is only 88.5 cent. Last quarter earning result is 9.82 cent.

Gold prices are under pressure as the USD continues to run higher.
Upbeat assessments from the FOMC for 2021 could continue to weigh on gold prices.
Gold is currently trading at $1,772.67 and down some 1.2% at the time of writing following the release of the Federal Open market Committee's Minutes of the January 26-27 FOMC meeting.

The price of gold has continued to deteriorate in the wake of renewed US dollar strength and higher US yields at the same time US data continues to improve.

Wonderful and unbelievable latest quarterly result!!! TOMEI had just made it. The quarterly EPS is 9.93cent.

Result is the loudest sound that prove TOMEI is the King of the gold stock in Malaysia. TOMEI is also one of the most profitable stocks in Malaysia. Moreover, TOMEI is one of the most undervalued stocks in Malaysia.

Previous all nonsense critics like fallen gold price(actually less than 15% from the peak) will reduce retail profit and business. In fact, Tomei has a lot of gold inventory and even can buy 20%-30% cheaper gold supply from sellers who need cash urgently. Just study the latest financial result, latest quarterly revenue was RM244million that increased 46% in compare with the previous one, RM167million.

Tomei 3 latest financial quarterly results, the EPS was 9.82cent(30Sep2020), 8.42cent(31Dec2020) & 9.93cent(31Mar2021). In recent 3 quarters or 9 months, Tomei earned 28.17cents!!!.

Unlike construction and other many stocks, Tomei has no WARRANTS, PRIVATE PLACEMENT,PA,etc to dilute new investors profit/interest. USA PRINTING MACHINE never stop, all exports items prices increase steadily. Inflation will cause gold price up accordingly.

As inflation goes up, gold prices will goes up as well. If gold prices up, Tomei profit margin goes up. If gold prices down, Malaysian buy more gold, revenue up, Tomei profit goes up as well.
No matter how, Tomei profit still up that proven at the latest 3 quarterly result. Tomei earned 28.17cents in 3 latest quarterly result!!!.

Based on PE 10, TOMEI TP shall be rm 3.80

Continuous 3 quarters around 9 cents is a proof that this earning is sustainable. Furthermore, US and worldwide keep printing money, future gold PRICE will be higher and higher.

Elon Musk (world richest man last month, in case you don't know, now maybe no more), said Bitcoin is bad for environment. Tesla also hinted that they might sell all Bitcoin. Tesla is bidding US gov projects with good funding and Biden is a very green person.

Lastly, if US Federal reserve starts raising interest rate, all will fall. Gold, silver, crypto, stocks, ,... all will fall like..
